RALPH – Something More

Something More was inspired by Aziz Ansari’s show ‘Master of None’,” explains RALPH – aka Raffa Weyman – about her potently-produced, new synthpop single which premiered earlier today.

Referencing the Netflix comedy drama series which chronicles the lives of a group of young adults and the dramas they face growing up, RALPH goes on to talk a bit about how the follow up to her shimmering pop debut Cold to the Touch takes its lyrical lead from the ideas of those from a generation who believe the grass is always greener on the other side.
“Consumed with social media and dating apps, we’re obsessed with the idea of something more or someone better, often leading us to sabotage the good things we have,” she explains, and the narrative of Something More articulately explores those dilemmas from a viewpoint of a conflicted somebody.

Most importantly though, this sounds bloody good.
