Swedish pop siren Kassandra has released a really good single called Delete which serves as the follow up to her recent cover of The Cardigans’ Lovefool, but is her first proper new music since Ms Widmark put out Run back in February last year.
Here’s what the Stockholm-based talent says about the shimmering electropop number which is irresistibly catchy.
“Delete is neither political propaganda or a song about breaking-up. It’s a celebration of individualism, creativity and independence of all people’s opinions and ways of being. The song goes out to all the men I once thought I had the privilege of working with but who turned out to be completely uninterested in my brain, vision or sense of self worth. Delete is the ultimate soundtrack for a successful one person after party!”.
