Jackson Breit – Shades of Marmalade [EP Stream]

He recently took Fetty Wap’s 679 and Blackstreet’s 90s classic No Diggity and transformed the tracks in to a summery, feel good mash up and this week Jackson Breit releases his debut EP Shades of Marmalade, which features the equally as bright and breezy groove of lead cut Wouldn’t Change a Thing.
The EP is streaming in full on Soundcloud, and pitches the 24 year old Virginia Beach local as an assured singer-songwriter and musician with a talent for infusing feelgood beats – whether that be those of the kicking hip-hop vibe or the shimmering bouncy pop type – in to acoustic numbers that are front-loaded with both catchy hooks to sing along to and cool, soul-flecked vocals.
