Lana Del Rey debuts title track from her upcoming album Honeymoon:

She’s been teasing her new album for a few months now but things stepped up a gear today when Lana Del Rey premiered the title track from the upcoming follow up to her 2014 set Ultraviolence

With its sweeping strings and snares arrangement scattered across a sprawling six minute-long clocking in time, Honeymoon sees the New York City songstress serving up another intoxicating wilderness about tortured hearts, that’s yet again cinematic in scale and achingly desolate.

Meticulously crafted and emotionally slow burning, the first single from the upcoming record (reportedly due in September) is further proof that, when it comes to extracting and distilling a melancholy gaze and putting it to music, Del Rey is still in a league of her own.
