A classy slice of contemporary rock and soul here from Pacific Islands-hailing four piece Common Kings who have just premiered the official music video for their latest single Kingdom Come.

The influences listed on the group’s official Facebook Page range from D’Angelo and Stevie Wonder to Gypsy Kings, Earth Wind & Fire and Maroon 5, but the latest cut from their forthcoming EP also throws back to Phil Spector’s distinctive Wall of Sound production era of the 60s with its rich, reverberating bass and drums and orchestral accompaniment providing a stunning backdrop for lead singer JR King’s powerful vocals.

All I need is to make the night last forever, cos I got the key – Let me take you to the gates of heaven,” pleads King with raw sincerity on the track which is available to download everywhere on iTunes now.
