Stockholm-born singer Zara Larsson first rose to fame in 2008 after winning the Swedish Got Talent equivalent Talang at the age of just ten.
The youngster understandably took some time out after her TV triumph – presumably to focus on her studies – but she returned four years later in 2012, releasing her debut EP Introducing which spawned the Swedish and Norwegian chart topper Undo.
A second EP followed shortly afterwards and in April 2013 she announced that she had signed a three year deal with US label giant Epic Records and subsequently secured a support slot on Cher Lloyd’s US I Wish tour.
Carry You Home is the title of Larsson’s latest single and it’s another impressive offering from the teenage songstress, building up from its introspective intro to establish itself as a catchy, heartfelt pop belter that bodes well for her upcoming full length debut LP.
An accompanying video was uploaded to her official VEVO account earlier this week, coinciding with its release to Swedish iTunes via TEN and Universal Music.
