Lawson have premiered the official music video for their forthcoming single Juliet.
The 1920s gangster-themed clip was uploaded to the band’s official YouTube page this evening, and features a special guest appearance from model Kelly Brook who looks stunning in her guise as the alluring lounge bar-residing vamp Juliet.
Juliet serves as the second cut from the UK four piece’s as-yet-untitled second album; the follow up to their impressive 2012 debut Chapman Square, which spawned three top ten singles in Standing In The Dark, When She Was Mine and Taking Over Me, as well as the Rami Yacoub/Carl Falk-helmed number #13 hit Learn To Love Again.
The B.o.B-assisted Brokenhearted returned the group to the top ten earlier this year, when it peaked at #6 on the singles countdown. And the insanely catchy chorus of Juliet should certainly guarantee that it follows in its predecessor’s chart footsteps.
It is yet another above par offering from one of the UK’s most consistently impressive bands and will be released to iTunes on 13 October, right bang in the middle of their Everywhere We Go tour which kicks off in Doncaster on 30 September and runs throughout October.
I’ll see you in Bournemouth on 11 October…
